MIKE REDDICK

After graduating from UW–Parkside, Mike began a lifelong commitment to service by joining the Greenfield Police Department, where he proudly served as an officer for 29 years. Originally from Kenosha, he moved to Greenfield in the early 1990s, where he built deep roots and lifelong relationships throughout Southeast Wisconsin—a community that continues to hold a special place in his heart.'

With a passion for helping others and a natural ability to connect with people, Mike’s transition into real estate was a natural next step, inspired by his wife Tina, who had been thriving in the business for over seven years. Together, they’ve built a successful real estate team focused on people, relationships, and community.

Outside of real estate, Mike and Tina enjoy traveling, investing, and rehabbing homes, as well as spending quality time with their three children exploring Wisconsin’s beautiful outdoors.

Based in Muskego and originally from Greenfield, WI, Tina Reddick found her passion for real estate while searching for a home for her own family. That experience sparked a desire to help others navigate the journey with the same excitement and care.

Married since 2001 and a proud mom of three—with a beloved Cavapoo named Sophie—Tina treats every client like family.
